Garden City Brewfest - Missoula

The 16th Annual Garden City BrewFest, produced by the Missoula Downtown Association, promises to be an exciting and vibrant event slated for Saturday May 3 from 12-8:00pm in Caras Park.

Admission to BrewFest is free, but those interested in tasting the beverages on tap there will be $5 for a 7-ounce commemorative glass, a wristband and two tokens, good for beer or wine. Additional tokens are $1 each. Soda, water a variety of food choices are also available for purchase, including brats and pizza by the Sentinel Kiwanis Club and Mexican faire from El Cazador. Designated drivers who identify themselves will be provided with free soda throughout the day.

Brewfest also features live music during the all day event with local and regional bands performing throughout the day. 'The Garden City BrewFest is a rite of spring,' said Linda McCarthy, executive director of the Missoula Downtown Association. 'It's fun to have a hand in one of Missoula's most popular and well attended events, and it's exciting to offer so many different flavors of beer and wine. This community event has a strong history, and the MDA is proud to continue the tradition of the spring microbrew festival.'
