This lovely townhouse is located in a quiet upper scale neighborhood in the South Hills area overlooking the City of Missoula. It is located within five minutes to tax free shopping at the Southgate Mall and approximately ten minutes to downtown and the University.

The townhouse has two floors. The upper floor has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. (The smaller bedroom has a full size convertible sofa-bed suitable for one adult and is more of a den/office). Each bedroom has a television. A one time bed linen and towel set-up is provided.

On the main level is the kitchen, dining, living room area and a bathroom with a lavatory, vanity, and washer/dryer. The couch is extra comfy and can be used for an optional sleeping area.

There is a private patio with BBQ adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave and a dishwasher.

There is a one car garage with remote control access.

A highchair and Pak-n-Play is available for families that have a baby or toddler.

Initial supply of paper goods are provided (TP, paper towel roll). Guests are responsible for toiletries. Hair dryer and curling iron are provided.

Directly South of the townhouse complex are several designated open acres on a hill that overlook the City of Missoula. It is great place to walk and to view the sunrise and sunset, along with all the city lights and mountain tops.
