Enjoy the drive up the West Fork Road to mile marker 26 while seeing moose, deer, elk, Bighorn sheep, Bald Eagles and other magnificent wildlife along the way.
Summer nights are frequently in the mid 50's with days in the dry 80's. The road is well kept in winter, allowing easy driving access to Lost Trail Ski Resort. Great local skiing and snowboarding.
Fly fish the West Fork Bitterroot River as the sun sets in the West. Summer activities include; hiking, fishing, boating on Painted Rocks Reservoir, ride your ATV and explore 3,000 miles of Forest Service trails including the Magruder Trail into the Frank Church Wilderness.
