Cozy Cottage With A Stunning View Of The Bitterroot And Sapphire Mountains.

Thank you for checking out our vacation cottage. We truly want your stay to be an extraordinarily wonderful experience with spectacular views in a peaceful setting. Sage Cottage 406 is an eloquent, newly constructed little house with its own driveway, fire pit, hot tub and modern convinces like a washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TVs and all new appliances, located in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley close to Hamilton Montana, rivers, hiking trails and mountains. Night sky stargazing is brilliant.

The kitchen is equipped with dishes, silverware and utensils; it has an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cook books and some supplies in the pantry. It is tiled with Italian ceramic back splash. We have our hand blown glass drawer pulls on the cabinetry and a touch of our art throughout the cottage. Bill and I are full time glass artists and love to share the beauty of our work.

Just off the kitchen is a full size washer and dryer, with complimentary natural laundry soap.

The bedroom is warm and inviting with a comfortable queen size bed, latté colored walls, espresso lamps and chocolate blackout curtains. Along with the 40 smart TV it has a writing desk equipped with writing paper, Sage Cottage cards and coloring pages for the young and young at heart, along with colored pencils.

The living room has a futon that folds out to a queen size bed for extra guests. The dining room table is tall with tall chairs to better see out the windows and enjoy the views. A smart TV is on the wall between the living room and kitchen swivels so it can be watched from the living room or the kitchen.

The full size bath comes with complimentary soaps and shampoos. It includes an inviting tub with pebbled beach tile on the floor and Tuscan type tiles on the walls. In the bath is a linen closet supplying extra towels, linens games and puzzles. We have our hand blown glass drawer pulls on the cabinetry adding to the artistic elegance.

This cottage has its own private driveway and front entrance with a digital key pad on the door. 360 degree views can be enjoyed from this location with the kitchen window looking out to the Bitterroot Mountains and the living room windows has a view of the Sapphire Mountain range. In the spring and summer months feel free to stroll in the surrounding gardens. You can stroll in the garden any time of year but when the flowers are in bloom in the spring and summer it is the best. Our cottage is located overlooking the town of Hamilton on part of a farm that was over 100 years old. Some of the land is still actively used in farming.

When we designed this little house we not only hooked up Wi-Fi but it has 2 flat screen, smart TVs so people staying can Netflix / Hulu binge, watch network channels. This also has a wireless sound bar that connects to handheld devices or laptops in order to stream music, music can also be streamed through either smart TV.

Behind the cottage is a outdoor hot tub always warm and ready with spectacular views. So bring your flip fops, bathing suit and a robe, the water is nice to soak in year around. Winter / cool weather is a favorite time to hot tub.

The cottage is supplied with Sage Cottage / Dream Kitty natural and organic products and we worked to keep a hyper allergenic environment.The soaps are handmade artisan soaps made with lavender grown in Sage Cottage 406 gardens. Sorry no pets to keep the place dander free. In honor of Bills mother the doors are larger to allow wheelchair access. Our home is on the same property and we love to meet our guest but also respect their privacy. We are happy to accommodate our visitors and make the stay at our little house comfortable and enjoyable.

For the our tiny human guests / kids the cottage has a Graco pack n play and booster seat with a tray. The seat straps to one of our chairs and fits ages 6 month to 4 years. We also offer wall plugs for those who would like them to add extra protection. The cottage even has a rocket ship tent for kids to play in. Even with all the best child proofing we still ask that all tiny humans / children be supervised at all times. One of the funniest things we have found kids like about staying our cottage is chasing our free range chickens. We encourage this, the old girls need their exercise, so please feel free give them a chase.
