DescriptionJack C. Mauer, naturalist, conservationist, and professional fly tier has more than thirty years experience guiding and floating the waters of western Montana. With a thirty year investment in the art of fly fishing, he is intimately acquainted with the surrounding fisheries and their corresponding ecologies. It is his passion and enthusiasm for the sport, a respect and knowledge of trout habitat, and the ability to expertly instruct the technical aspects of fly fishing that clients appreciate as they return to western Montana and Wapiti Waters.
DirectionsWapiti Waters is located out of Victor, which is the center of the Bitterroot Valley. Wapiti Waters guides will meet clients at convenient locations and provide transportation to the Bitterroot, Blackfoot, Clark Fork or Big Hole rivers.
