DescriptionKarmadillos is a cafe style restaurant overlooking the Capital City and serving up delicious, healthy Southwestern cuisine. At Karmadillos we slow cook all our savory meats and prepare our fresh salsas and cremes daily. We offer a variety of tacos, burritos, rice plates, soups, salads, and sides. Featured during the winter months are Karmadillo's gourmet soups such as chicken tortilla soup served with corn chips and finished with avocado creme and cotija cheese.
