If you are looking to purchase quality kite boarding or snowboarding gear for enjoying Montana's incredible winter/summer kiting or if you are just looking to rent some gear Underground Kite Sports has it all. Our lines of gear include NORTH, NSI, RIDE, FLOW, HQ Powerkites, Peter Lynne, and Dakine.

We have the only kite boarding storefront in Montana carrying new and used kites and gear. Also, we have the only full service shop for repairing and tuning your gear. In the winter, we have all your snow kiting needs covered.

To find your way around, Underground Kite Sports has an extensive map and video selection. Our staff is also very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and current conditions. We also teach kite boarding lessons and have guided trips available by P.A.S.A. Certified instructors.

Directions

From Missoula: Take I-90 (US-12) 47.7 miles. At Exit 153 turn right (south) onto US-10A (SR-1) 26.5 miles. Turn left (east) onto Broadway. Turn right (south) onto South Sansome. Underground Kite Sports is located in a yellow building 408 South Sansome at the top of the hill. Driving distance: 76.3 miles.

From Butte: Take ramp (east) onto I-15 (I-90). At Exit 208, take ramp (right) onto SR-1. Road name changes to US-10 Alt (SR-1). Bear right (west) onto SR-1 (W Park Avenue). Keep straight onto SR-1 road name changes to US-10A (SR-1). Turn right (east) onto US-10A. Bus Road name changes to South Sansome. Underground Kite Sports is located in a yellow building 408 South Sansome at the top of the hill. Driving distance 57 miles.
