Wahcinca Dakota Oyate Celebration - Poplar

The Wahcinca Dakota Oyate Celebration is a pow wow which is a celebration of native culture and traditions through dancing, food, crafts and fellowship with one another. All members of the general public are welcome to participate or spectate. $125/day for food stands, $75/day for craft stands. Visitors and tourists are welcome. Camping day is Wednesday.

The Wahcinca Dakota Oyate Celebration will be held on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in the city of Poplar. Poplar is 21 miles east of Wolf Point on Highway 2.
