DescriptionIn conjunction with Western Art Week, Interpretive Center staff and partners offer visitors some personal journeys of discovery of the role of art in telling the story of the 1804-1806 Lewis and Clark Expedition, as well as Native cultures. Visitors learn how artists have portrayed the people and the landscape associated with the expedition for 200 years. We will offer short talk programs on art and the Expedition, as well as offering a hands-on table of art materials from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The cost of the tour is included in admission to the Interpretive Center, 4201 Giant Springs Road.
