Gallatin Gateway Inn, fully restored to its original 1920's splendor, is among the finest historic inns in the Rocky Mountain West. Designed as the Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Paul Railroad's most elegant hotel, its palatial structure features arched windows, Spanish-style corbels, and carved beams. The original railroad clock still keeps accurate time in the lobby.

Rooms and suites are decorated in warm tones of the West and offer amenities required by today's busy traveler. The Inn's restaurant, 'The Porter House', a local favorite, is well known for its fine American and Western cuisine. An on-site conference room and banquet facilities are also available. A heated outdoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub are also enjoyed by guests.

Gallatin Gateway's staff is renowned for its western hospitality and would love to share some of their knowledge of the area with you, including excellent places to fish, hike, horseback ride, hunt, and downhill and cross-country ski - all within minutes of the Inn and only an hour from Yellowstone National Park.

The Inn is a Registered National Historic Hotel and a member of the Association of Historic Hotels of the Rocky Mountain West.

Directions

The Gallatin Gateway Inn is located off I-90 from Belgrade, Montana, interchange. Turn south onto Highway 191 and proceed approximately 14 miles to the south.

From the Bozeman, Montana, 7th street exit, veer south onto 7th Avenue, turn right onto Main Street (Huffine Lane) and proceed west to the city limits in the direction of Gallatin Gateway, Montana.

Proceed 7 miles from the Bozeman city limits until you come to a 4-way stop intersection. Turn left onto Highway 191 and proceed south 5 miles to Gallatin Gateway Inn.
