DescriptionLivingston, the 'Heart of Art' in Montana, boasts over 12 galleries and is becoming a destination for Art lovers. Every 4th Friday in June, July, August, September and November, the Gallery Association coordinates a Gallery Walk that attracts hundreds of people.
The Danforth is a dynamic, nonprofit Art Center operated by the Park County Friends of the Arts. It prides itself on the variety of Montana artists it represents and maintains a western contemporary and folk style. Group shows change every month and showcase the work of nationally known artists as well as emerging ones.
From mid January to mid March, the Danforth hosts a Film festival featuring 8 critically acclaimed movies. In April, look for the Danforth's lecture series, which covers a wide range of topics.
DirectionsLivingston, located at the mouth of the beautiful Paradise Valley, serves as the gateway between Yellowstone and Montana's Rocky Mountains. The Danforth Gallery is located at 106 North Main Street, just off of Highway 89 and minutes from I-90.
