DescriptionCelebrate the bounty of Montana at the Corporation for the Northern Rockies' annual Harvest Celebration Dinner and Auction. This locally grown feast matches regionally renowned chefs with food grown on Montana's sustainably managed farms and ranches.

$75 a person or $550 for a table of eight
The dinner is formatted as a 'sustainable tasting.' Diners move from tasting station to tasting station sampling appetizers, entrees and desserts featuring Montana meats, grains, vegetables and fruits. Entree food stations showcase both natural and grass-fed beef, chicken, fish, pork and vegetarian cuisine with side dishes using a wide array of grains and fall root vegetables. Desserts showcase Montana fruits and dairy products.
A silent auction is open throughout the event. This dinner and auction is the largest fundraiser for Corporation for the Northern Rockies. The mission of the Corporation for the Northern Rockies advances sustainable choices that enhance economic opportunities and preserve western lands and quality of life.
DirectionsHarvest Celebration Dinner will be held at Chico Hot Springs Resort, located near Pray, Montana. Turn east off Highway 89 South at Emigrant, follow the signs to Chico Hot Springs, 23 miles south of Livingston.
