Celebrate the bounty of Montana at the Western Sustainability Exchange's Harvest Celebration Dinner and Auction. This locally grown feast matches regionally renowned chefs with food grown on Montana's sustainably managed farms and ranches.

$85 a person or $600 for a table of eight

The dinner is formatted as a 'sustainable tasting.' Diners move from tasting station to tasting station sampling appetizers, entrees and desserts featuring Montana meats, grains, vegetables and fruits. Entree food stations showcase both natural and grass-fed beef, chicken, fish, pork and vegetarian cuisine with side dishes using a wide array of grains and fall root vegetables. Desserts showcase Montana fruits and dairy products.

A silent auction is open throughout the event. This dinner and auction is the largest fundraiser for the Western Sustainability Exchange. The mission of the Western Sustainability Exchange advances sustainable choices that enhance economic opportunities and preserve open space, wildlife habitat, farm and ranch lands, and quality of life for future generations.
