Description

The Gateway Guest Cabin is located 5 miles west of Bozeman in a quiet agricultural area, yet is within minutes to Bozeman proper and Highway 191, the route south to the West entrance of Yellowstone Park.

The guest cabin sits on a historic homestead property whose first recorded deed was in 1894. Set among huge cottonwoods with private driveway access and deck looking out to the Bridger Mountains, this two bedroom cabin is newly constructed on the footprint of one of the homestead out buildings. The ceiling in the living room is 12 feet and huge south facing windows provide views to the Spanish Peaks. A fully equipped kitchen for cooking and baking, full laundry, grill on the deck, and gas fireplace add to the charm of this lovely private retreat.

The cabin is a short drive to the Gallatin River, and is en route to Yellowstone Park. There are many areas to walk around the property. Other recreational opportunities are nearby for fishing, hiking, rafting, golf and tennis. The Bozeman Hot Springs is only a few minutes away, and the cabin is located only a ten minute drive from downtown Bozeman, Museum of the Rockies, as well as shopping and cultural events.

Winter visitors will enjoy unobstructed mountain views both south and north, and are close to both Bridger Mountain Ski Resort as well as Big Sky Resort.

RATES
This property may be rented on a nightly basis with a 3 night minimum. There is a 15% upcharge on the rate for stays less than 1 week.

Security Deposit: $350.00

A 7% state accommodation tax is not included in the lodging rates. Rates subject to change without notice. No pets or smoking please.
