DescriptionThis custom log home is conveniently situated about halfway between Livingston and Yellowstone National Park. It's about a 30 minute drive to either location. The cabin is wonderfully furnished and decorated with warm, inviting colors and artwork. Extras to enjoy include a creek on the property, hot tub out on the patio and a woodstove for those chilly evenings. The cabin is approximately 1500 square feet in size.
There are two bedrooms in the cabin, and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bath with clawfoot tub and separate shower. The second bedroom is set up with two twin beds, with a full bath out in the hall.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas range, coffee maker, microwave oven, blender and all the cookware and serving ware that you need. The dining room table seats four and there's additional seating for three at the kitchen bar/counter.
The home sits on eleven acres with fabulous, up close views of the rugged Absaroka Mountain range. From the back patio, a gradual sloping walk takes you down to Six Mile Creek, which winds through the cottonwood trees out back - a perfect playground for young ones! There is also great birdwatching along the creek.
Besides the hot tub on the back patio, you will find plenty of outdoor furniture and a gas grill for barbecues. There is also some more outdoor seating down by the creek.
