From Livingston, take Highway 89 South toward Yellowstone Park.

Start watching your mileage at Albertsons Shopping Center just after getting off Interstate 90.

Drive south on Highway 89 through Paradise Valley for about 15.2 miles and watch for the Mill Creek Road crossing to your left.

Turn left on Mill Creak Road, cross the river to East River Road, and turn right. Drive south about .6 mile to Chicory Road and turn right. You will see a Chicory Fishing Access sign on your left and a bank of mailboxes on your right.

Drive west on Chicory Road. In approximately 2 miles the road will take a sharp left turn and the name will change to River Drive. Drive approximately eight tenths of a mile passing the Fishing Access sign and up a slight hill.

At the top of the hill the paved road will turn left. You do not take the turn, but drive straight south on the unpaved road which is Yellowstone Trail. This road parallels the Yellowstone River. A sign says Private Road, this is the road you want.

We are the 4th and last house on the road, on the right.
