DescriptionThe Annual Barnes Steam & Power Show is for the tractor enthusiast. Held every fourth weekend in August. This show has tractors from the 1900's and includes a demonstration of a stationary upright boiler and many other items. If you have an interest in the way things used to be done come down and join the fun at the steam show. Great grandparents can show the grandkids how they did it in their day.
In operation daily: steam engines, threshing grain, saw-milling, plowing; old gas tractors, 10 stamp gold mill. Miniature trains and much more. Free camping; meals on the grounds.
DirectionsThe Annual Barnes Steam and Power Show is located off of old Highway 10. From the interstate, head north down Jackrabbit Lane. At the four-way traffic light, turn left, onto old Highway 10. Proceed down Highway 10 for about 3 miles west and watch for signs.
Hours of Operation:Friday: 10:00am - 5:00pm; Breakfast Sat-Sun: 7:30am - 10:00am
Saturday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
