Homesteader Days - Huntley

Gather up the kids and head to the Annual Homesteader Days celebration sponsored by the Huntley Project Lions and Lioness Clubs. The celebration and fun are scheduled at Homesteader Hall. One evening and one day of fun and family activities are planned for the young, old and everybody in between. Parade starts at 10:00am, Saturday.

World-famous barbecued beef and chicken dinners as well as hot dogs and hamburgers will be served. Various clubs will have food booths and games. The world-infamous Beer Garden will have a band playing music with a dance floor. There will also be a 'Fun on the Farm' and arts and crafts show in the hall.

The free show on Saturday night will feature professional live entertainment. A brilliant (and free) fireworks display and a teen dance will climax Saturday evening.

Duck Race is held at 3:30pm; big cash prizes for the winners.

The gates will open at 8:00am Saturday. Everyone should find plenty to do and to see with all these activities. It is a good time to see old friends and make new ones. We hope to see you there!

Concert is held on Friday night with a band to be determined later. As always - outstanding entertainment.

Homesteader Days is located in Homesteader Park, adjacent to the State Experiment Station, 15 miles east of Billings on old Highway 10 (now US Highway 312). From I-94, take Exit 6 - Huntley, follow the signs. Homesteader Park is next to the Huntley Project Museum of Irrigated Agriculture.
