7R Guest Ranch - Wolf Creek

In your travels throughout Montana, there are not many outstanding locations like the 7R Guest Ranch that offers horseback riding, wagon rides, hiking and winter sleigh rides. The motel and RV spaces are located on a lush lawn that sweeps all the way down to the Little Wolf Creek, which runs throughout the ranch. Little Wolf Creek is fed from fresh springs of the magnificent Rocky Mountains that encompass the ranch. The whole area is abundant with all the beauty nature has to offer.

Hunting and fishing are within a few miles of the ranch. The best fly fishing in the northwest is located on the Missouri River and Holter Lake.

A corral of horses is at your disposal for riding and/or lessons, which could include care for and saddling of your horse with competent instructors on site. Horseback riding provides you with the only true look at the real Montana, the way it used to be, with vistas accessible only on horseback.

Many types of wild life are in the area and parade past on most mornings and evenings. Keeping your eyes open for animals is a great pastime in this pristine environment. The wide veranda provides a marvelous viewing area.

Our new Lodge is handicapped accessible and offers a bar, dance floor and restaurant. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with evening dining at the hands of a master chef. The Lodge and restaurant is perfect for weddings, banquets, reunions and special occasions. The Lodge has dancing with a live band on Friday and Saturday nights. Reservations are needed to rent the Lodge for special occasions.

Once you take the Wolf Creek exit off Interstate 15, the 7R Guest Ranch is only four miles down the road. The ranch was homesteaded in 1903 by Great Grandad 'Andrew Baker Adams.' The property has sold and resold several times and is now back in the family. Many of our descendants have lived and raised their families in the Wolf Creek area, making this our home for many years.
