Lake Helena Wildlife Management Area encompasses 157 acres. Management goal: To improve the waterfowl production potential of the land, and to provide and maintain public hunting and recreational access to the lake. Hunting opportunities: Seasonal opportunities to hunt ducks and geese. Wildlife viewing: Year-round bird watching and wildlife photography opportunities. Spring and fall migration periods offer opportunities to view an array of species, from swans to eagles.
