Elkhorn Hot Springs Ski Trail - Polaris

Elkhorn Hot Springs Ski Trail follows the old Wise River Polaris Road from Elkhorn Hot Springs to the top of the Price Creek Divide. From the Divide it follows the Pioneer Mountain National Scenic Byway. Trail system consists of several loops with approximately 1,000 feet of climb. Trail map available.Length: 23.3 km of most difficult trail; occasionally groomed.

Elkhorn Hot Springs Resort occasionally grooms 12 kilometers of cross-country trails on the National Forest; please call ahead for latest grooming conditions.

From Dillon travel 3 miles south on I-15 to Highway 278 for 22 miles to the Junction of the Wise River Polaris Road 484.5 travel north for 13 miles to Elkhorn Hot Springs trails plowed parking lot near the resort.
