A taste of Montana hospitality can be found in historic Dillon. Papa T's is one of Montana's favorite restaurants. Papa T's has something for everyone of all ages from cuisine to atmosphere. Guests can view artwork on display by local Montana artist, order a drink, play video games or pool, or try your luck at video poker. Papa T's is truly a 'Taste of Montana Hospitality'.
In 1982, Papa T and his daughter Geri took a road trip to western Montana in search of a business venture. They stumbled upon a long, skinny bar built around 1906 named the Windsong (formerly the Crystal), which was known for its wine room, Jell-O contests, and actual door-to-door horse races. They had a vision: a fun, family-friendly eatery. Together with Mama T and an unsuspecting son-in-law, Paul, they became the proud owners.
The ornate back bar was styled during the eclectic 1940s art deco era. The now extinct 'Lonely Hearts Club', located above the restaurant, was a thriving business during the early years. If only these walls could talk. Oh my, the stories they would tell. Each year with the many local events and the annual Labor Day celebration, we add a few more unforgettable moments to the Papa T's book of memories.
After 25 years, Papa T's now attracts an array of voracious appetites: athletic teams, fans, organizations, locals, and guests attending Dillon-sponsored events. Using an old family recipe has made famous our Thursday Night Special--Chicken Fried Steak with Homemade Gravy. It's a favorite among our patrons.

We pride ourselves in featuring home-grown Beaverhead grass fed beef in our hamburgers and a chicken fried steak. Also don't miss our Papa Tom's Pork Chop Sandwich made especially for you in our kitchen. We also have salads and other items on the lighter side.

Directions
Take the first exit going south on Highway 91. Turn right on Montana Street, 7 blocks from interchange down Montana Street in the middle of the block.
