West Bank Park offers a beautiful view of the Missouri River and Elks Riverside Park across the river. It has a covered shelter with picnic tables and lots of open space. River's Edge Trail runs through the park. Canoe or kayak boat launch only. Reservations are available for picnic shelters and open space areas. There is a rental fee.
